Rae keeps track of the documents your vendor trade accounts depend on, works out when each one is due, reminds you, and prepares renewals for you: a packet to send, or an email draft with the right certificates listed.

You send each packet and email yourself, from your own accounts, and Rae does not contact vendors for you.

Inbox access is not live yet, so Rae doesn’t connect to your email; when it arrives, it will stay off until you turn it on.

The pilot costs nothing. Features may change, and some may be unfinished. If Rae ever charges, we’ll tell you the price in advance, and you won’t pay anything unless you agree to it.

You need to be at least 18 and able to act for your studio. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. For now, each studio has one designer.

You own what you put in Rae, which holds your studio’s details (including your EIN), the documents you upload and the facts read from them, your vendor accounts, your tasks and notification preferences, and an audit log of changes. The privacy policy lists each one, the companies that process it, and how long it’s kept.

You give Rae permission to store all of this, to read your documents when document reading is turned on, and to use it to provide the service to you, and for nothing else. You can export or delete it at any time.

Rae is a tool for keeping paperwork current. It is not tax or legal advice. Its state rules come from public sources, checked in October 2026; some are marked “unverified”, and states and vendors change their rules.

You remain responsible for your sales tax obligations and for what goes to your vendors. Before relying on a date for a large order, confirm it with the vendor or your tax advisor.

Don’t use Rae to break the law, to store documents that aren’t yours to share, or to probe or disrupt the service or another studio’s data.

We work to keep Rae running and your data safe, but during the pilot we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Keep your own copies of anything critical; an export takes a minute.

You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms; if we do, we’ll tell you why and give you the chance to export your data first, unless the law prevents it.

During the pilot, Rae is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for sales tax a vendor charges, lost trade pricing, or other indirect losses. This section in particular is waiting on counsel.
